This option of 1 day is differentiated by the speed of the boat, so that we will gain time in navigation. We pick you up from your hotel approximately at 7:15 am Remember! Your hotel has to be in the center of the city, if not, do not worry! We can send you a mobility for an additional charge. Once we get to the port we will go up to the speed boat and enjoy a short trip to the Islands. First we will arrive at Los Uros where you will love visiting two Floating Islands! And besides, you can have fun jumping in the totora. The tour guide will tell you how they build the Islands. At the end of the visit in the Uros, we will return to the boat to go to the island of Taquile, during the trip you can try different poses for your photos and without realizing we will have arrived in Taquile! (Unlike the normal boat, the journey from Uros to Taquile by speedboat is just 1 hour) We will go up to the square of the island and there we will know textilería that is considered Cultural Patrimony of the Humanity by UNESCO. Do not forget to ask questions! Surely it will be interesting to know why the locals so jealously guard women’s hair?. Reason will surprise you! At about 1 o’clock in the afternoon we will satisfy our hungry stomach with great delicacy. You will have a delicious quinoa soup and as a back dish you will have directly from the lake to your plate “fried trout” accompanied by french fries and rice, if you are a vegetarian then you can ask for “Omelett” which also comes with fries and rice and for you cool throat you’ll have muña mate. With that you will be with a full stomach and a happy heart, now we will go down to the port to return to Puno and end our tour approximately at 3:30 pm. We hope you will be encouraged to live it!

ITINERARY:

• 07:00 a.m. 7:30 A.M. Pick up hotel (hotels near the main square of Puno) and transfer to the port of Lake Titicaca.
• 07:30 a.m. Boat departure from the port of Lake Titicaca to the floating island of Uros.
• 07:40 a.m. Visit to two floating islands of Los Uros where we will visit the guide will explain the history of the floating island of Uros.
• 09:15 a.m. Departure from the island of Uros to Taquile Island.
• 10:45 a.m. Arrival to the port of Taquile 45 min walk to the town or Taquile weapons plaza and visit to the artisan market where we will have activities
• 12:30 pm. Lunch at Taquile tourist restaurant (vegetarian quinoa soup, grilled trout, fried potato rice salad, and hot mate drink) after the villager will explain their ancestral customs.
• 2:00 p.m. Return to the city of Puno.
• 3:30 pm. Arrival at the port of Puno and transfer to hotels near the main square of Puno.
