We pick you up at your hotel at approximately 6:45 a.m. Remember! Your hotel has to be in the center of the city, if not, do not worry! We can send you a mobility for an additional charge. Once we arrive at the port we will get on the fast boat and enjoy a short trip to the Islands. First we will arrive at Los Uros where you will love to visit two Floating Islands! And besides, you can have fun jumping in the totora. The guide will tell you how they build the Islands. At the end of the visit in the Uros, we will return to the boat to go to the island of Taquile, during the trip you can try different poses for your photos and without realizing it we will have arrived in Taquile!  We will go up to the island’s square and there we will know the textile industry that is considered Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Don’t forget to ask questions! Surely it will be interesting to know why the locals jealously guard women’s hair? The reason will surprise you! At approximately 1 in the afternoon we will satiate our hungry stomach with great delicacy. You will have a delicious quinoa soup for lunch and as a main course you will have directly from the lake your “fried trout” dish accompanied by french fries and rice, if you are a vegetarian then you can order “Omelett” that also comes with french fries and rice and so that your throat cool you will have muña de muña. With that you will be with a full stomach and a happy heart, now we will go down to the port to return to Puno and finish our tour at approximately 5:30 pm. We hope you are encouraged to live it!

ITINERARY:

• 06:45 a.m. 7:00 A.M. Pick up hotel (hotels near the main square of Puno) and transfer to the port of Lake Titicaca.
• 07:00 a.m. Boat departure from the port of Lake Titicaca to the floating island of Uros.
• 07:40 a.m. Visit to two floating islands of Los Uros where we will visit the guide will explain the history of the floating island of Uros.
• 08:15 a.m. Departure from the island of Uros to Taquile Island.
• 11:45 a.m. Arrival to the port of Taquile 45 min walk to the town or Taquile weapons plaza and visit to the artisan market where we will have activities
• 13:30 pm. Lunch at Taquile tourist restaurant (vegetarian quinoa soup, grilled trout, fried potato rice salad, and hot mate drink) after the villager will explain their ancestral customs.
• 14:00 p.m. Return to the city of Puno.
• 17:30 pm. Arrival at the port of Puno and transfer to hotels near the main square of Puno.
